There is no fee to create and host a course on Queendom, and you can publish as many free and paid courses as you like. We believe in a sustainable partnership, where instructors are rewarded for creating amazing content and bringing students to the platform, and Queendom is rewarded for driving new students to our instructors.
Instructor Revenue Share Overview
A summary of common revenue share scenarios is provided below. Please note these are revenue share on Net Revenue:
- Instructor Promotion:95% revenue share on sales made by instructors where the student purchases their course using an Instructor’s coupon or referral link (there is a 3% administrative processing fee, 4% in the territory of Japan)
- Queendom Organic: Pre-Launch Revenue share: 65%-35%. After Queendom's Launch date, courses uploaded to Queendom will operate under our normal revenue share of 55% Instructor-45% Queendom revenue share on organic Queendom sales where no Instructor Coupon is used. Queendom and the instructor share on these sales, which might occur after a user browses the Queendom marketplace for courses, or makes a purchase via a Queendom promotion. (there is a 3% administrative processing fee, 4% in the territory of Japan)
- Course Purchase: Instructors can pay to have their courses on our platform ($50.00 per course/per month). Revenue split 95 instructor and 5% Queendom revenue split per student purchase(Marketing, hosting etc.) (there is a 3% administrative processing fee, 4% in the territory of Japan)
Note on In-App Purchases: For sales on the Queendom iOS and Android apps, Apple and Google charge a 30% fee on the total sale.
Paid User Acquisition Channel Sales:25% instructor revenue share in most cases. In order to optimize your sales, we partner with affiliates across our global networks or pay for advertising for your course.
Depending on the partner or the costs of the advertising, the revenue share may vary but will be 25% in most cases. Queendom sets aside 75% to pay for advertising costs and/or partner payouts that help us acquire those new users.
Instructors can track all incoming sales in their Revenue Report. Some of the information the report includes is the student name, the date of purchase, the revenue channel attribution and total price paid.
